"Shunsai no Utage" is, as its name says, a feast for enjoying the colors of the season to your heart’s content.
Our chefs work right in front of you, serving each dish with care.
The feast begins with a colorful "assortment of 5 appetizers" of seasonal colors and small plates for drinks,
followed by the rich flavors of different seasonal fish, including fragrant grilled dishes and pan-fried dishes with wonderful texture and aroma.

The climax of the course: a carefully selected "12 pieces of sushi," the day’s finest toppings served in 4 rounds of 3 pieces each
